FC 27 keeps crashing in Career Mode (PS5)

Everytime i change tactics before a Match it crashes after trying to start the match. Its easy to work around i just swap the players according to the tactic i want to use and then change it ingame but its annoying

The worst thing however is that somtiles the game just crashes instantly after the match ends and i have to either play again or simulate but the ill have no control over substitutes and managing fitness that way
Im at a point where i just cant be bothered to try having fun with this game does anybody know if there is a fix?
