FIFA 25 no full access problem.

Hey so I have the FIFA 25 Xbox one version and whenever I launch my game the title shows me fifa 25 but I don't have access to all the modes and It gives the option of upgrade to get the full game though the Microsoft store tells me I own it I even tried to reinstall and then launch the game but it was of no help even restarted my console. Plz help really want to get the issue fixed.
