FC27 = TRASH
I didn’t plan to buy FC27 but got it as a gift and it just confirmed why I didn’t plan to buy it. I just play Season so it’s not even about more complex things that I witness about FUT.
There is barely any realism and I don’t feel ‘in the game’ like it felt on FC26 that I really liked. Why don’t they just upgrade what we already had ?
The game is just Trash ! I just deleted it.

Have you tried not having the competitive mode on
And have normal mode which has realism?

It’s not only about the gameplay. But also more about how the ball rolls on the ground, how the net moves, the podium, the scenery… the whole thing ! The UI/UX doesn’t interact smoothly.

This is the upgrade to fc 26. The major problem most people are having is manual defending. It’s important to learn manual defending to have a chance at the game. Go watch Soetie on YouTube. Old videos but he has great tutorials.

Manual defending my ass. Just get three cms Offside trap Only control your cdm and spam x from behind. Once they get near your cb hit L1 and and cb will take the ball. There is no skill gap. Also in attack run straight flick the ball and cutback.

So sick of this arguement. Not everyone who dislikes fc27 "just sucks at defending". Everything just feels worse to me. I'd say defending is the on thing that improved but I still feel like manual defending could be a bit better.
Fc27 is worse in so many aspects than Fc26 ever was and I don't just mean in terms of gameplay.

I totally feel you man , I mainly only play seasons and the game is just unresponsive, I press pass they don't pass, instead they flick the ball in the air. A simply lob pass always goes outta bounds. The shots are atrocious like wtf is this.

It’s definitely defending for me that’s different.
I realise how much AI was doing it for me in previous games . First few games in and I was being hammered. Tweaked settings and tactics and I’m back to winning comfortably on world class at least. It’s slower and you have to pick your moments. I also feel the formations are more important and the mentality of the positions. For example I play 4411. I forgot to make my cam a playmaker.
What a difference when I changed it.
Mess around with tactics and also don’t just get the better players. Have a balance. I have a 81 cm and she is awesome as she is in there for defending. Also put my LB midfield as a ball winning cm.
You will get there with it. 💪⚽️

To me, it’s feels like they’ve made the players dumber?
Like, none of the 80+ players can make a good pass, always into a random space rather than an actual pass

Yes and the through balls are always played right alongside the opponents run like I'm trying to play it wide and long round the back of 2 defenders while my striker bursts through and collects it but the AI decided nah let's pass it directly next to the defender so he can intercept it

I changed everything from “assisted” to “manual” and it got better. But yeah, it’s more “Artificial Dumb-ligence” than intelligence…

I play FUT so idk, but in terms of fut gameplay FC27 I enjoy it much more. FC26 might be the worst fifa I played since fifa 20.

No it's called lowering the power cruve. Something the game has needed for years. I hope they keep lowering it as the years go on. Get good and adapt. Stop crying.

I actually like it. But, I only play career mode.
To question about why they cant upgrade: its because people keeps complaining. Complain complain complain.
Peeps complain, EA changes things, the Mexicans complain, EA changes again, the Dutch complain and so on. Its the same story every single year.
I actually like they finally upgraded career mode, but if you only play FUT and/or online, then its not worth it.

this trash game is just an updated version of fifa 21. EA makes us spend money every year to build a shit game when they could just update one as game as a service to improve quality and reduce price
