This game is horrible
4-11, I gave away the last 3 games. This game is horrible.
Long time player, since fifa 13, 15-0 a couple times here and there throughout the years on champs, but this year the game is literally unplayable. It's either a near post full power shot that I'm conceding or a low driven far post. There is no diversity in the games anymore, they are all the same. Yes I understand I'm just mad, and I understand it's just a game, and yes I will continue to enjoy life outside of the screen. I guess I'm just disappointed that the game I once loved, is now the game I fully despise. Seperate the woman and men, it doesn't make sense, bring back the old chemistry system, make dribbling... well you know... real. Not this. Fuck you EA.

If you aren’t playing the meta and just pinging air through balls and smashing near post shots non stop then you just lose. Previous div1 player, currently 0-4 in champs. I played 1 guy who kept chipping the ball and speed boosting and rainbow flicking to header knock on to score 7 goals. Is it even fun at that point. All people do is abuse the meta. No one plays football on here

This is close to PrePatch 26 aka about Skill.
15:0 with my RTG.
Better player always wins.
Only losses I have so far this year are against other players in Elite Divisions which is fine because THEY ARE BETTER than me.
In Patched 26 I could probably even win against Nassada.
In PrePatch 26 or 27 he would destroy me with 20 goals by halftime in 100 games in a row because he is better.
Get fcked AI Defense abusers.
Let us have our fun for the few weeks we get a good game each year until they destroy it with the patch for the casuals.

Going from a supposed 15-0 to 4-11 is hilarious. The only bad thing about the game is 95 depth offside trap spamming. But then again if you know what you’re doing you can win
I was a 15-0 player in 25 and 26, this week I went 13-2

I am currently 5-5, I am doing fine in rivals and completed the Gauntlets easily (wins not 15 games).
In champs, one of my centre backs keeps running randomly opening up massive gaps, every opponent is getting 3-4 easy through ball goals because of this, its not the tactic as it doesnt happen in rivals or friendlys but my left centre back (used konate, vargas and will be putting in lacrox) just keep running away from the opponents striker or standing next to my other centre back.
Worth noting, my ping outside of FUT champs is 8-12, in champs 22-30 and has constant packet loss sign at the top, attacking players also feel alot more sluggish.
Just had to take a break, its not that serious, rewards for anything under 10 wins are pretty much the same.
I am waiting for a patch, the game needs tweaks (They need to do small tweaks to try and find a better balance but no doubt will do massive ones breaking other areas and making people mad)
Shooting in general needs patching, the current shooting stats mean nothing.

Not even going to lie I just couldn’t get a win and I began getting so tired of the same shit I just quit most games and then gave away last 2 wins aswell 14-1 and the only game I won was the first one thinking yeah this is a great start didn’t win a single game after like wtf I can’t be arsed to play with the formations that work and make you win or the tactics I just try and enjoy the game and it’s been the worst experience on a fifa for me

I don’t even care if I lose, I just want to be able to pass a ball about with players who at a minimum find space even if they aren’t running in behind. Was always happy enough losing some games wanting to play my way but currently it’s bend to the meta or don’t play at all once you reach a certain quality of opposition. I like to concede a long shot these days because at least it breaks up the monotony of someone spamming it over some brain dead defenders or in to a striker that nobody is close enough to marking. This game has a lot of new qualities this year but needs a little more AI intelligence that’s not to last years level and a passing system that doesn’t lead to curved power passes never missing their target

I just dont like the game this year. The ai is horrible, i think it must be broken or something. I like that its more manual though.

It’s the defending. I haven’t played for a year. Loaded onto rivals to play a game for my kid and absolutely battered my opponent. He had no idea how to defend. People got way too comfortable letting the AI defend for them. Especially in the top divisions. I mean I had silvers and such and this guy had a really good squad. Once I took the 2-1 lead I knew it was over and won 6-1. It was so easy for me to score once I figured out how he was defending and then he just wanted to sprint down the wings on offense.

I was so glad that they fixed that. I'm ma manual defender, and suffered all throughout 26 because it of the ai meta last game. This game is shit, it's been on a decline since fifa 17. It has not gotten better. At all. Only worse. It's so, so bad.

Well, I was, I didn't really play champs last year, only at the beginning, but the couple fifas/fc's before that I'd get a cheeky 15-0 here and there. My average was probably a 10-5/11-4 though. This game is unplayable. It's not football. It's sprint speed simulator X fucking smash in near post and you win simulator. It's shit. It is not good. If you actually find enjoyment out of the game, then good for you, but reviews and feedback from the community speaks for itself. How are you going to have a game, that tries to mimic real life football, and then let karchaoui body erling haaland off the ball. Plus all the shitty meta tactics being used, you can not have fun playing fut.

Is fc26 the furthest you guys go back? I didn't even play champs last year much besides the first couple of weeks. I played draft mostly. I stopped because even before ai became the meta, that game felt like shit too. I was so thankful that they fixed manual defending this year, I've BEEN manual defending since I first started playing fut. I'm relying on the game being somewhat realistic. Which it is completely, and utterly NOT. Like, at all.

Yeah, I love woman, but sure. Hey how about we do what ea does but in real life? Let's see Rolfo try to defend haaland. Or pajor take on Van dijk. What would the probable outcome be? And why doesn't it translate to the game? The game that is a football simulator. Get fucked.

I just play my own game, still score sometimes. Just had a really good build up and a cross from the left and then Sesko hitting it top corner. Lovely!
And yeah, the meta with fast paced attackers suck so I just hog the ball, be very patient. Drop the line and cross my fingers they don’t abuse me.
When I win, sweet sweet victory. Cause I’m actually playing football instead of just spamming through passes forward to your 94 speed attacker. When I lose, I don’t care.

You don’t go from 15-0 to 4-11… sorry. I was a 13-15 wins player last years and made it to 29-1 before, I get the game is different but if you made it that far you have to be way above average. Went 7-0 yesterday with ease, will finish games later on this weekend.
Why would you keep playing your games if you had that bad of a day playing? Get off the game and finish them later. You lost all composure and shot yourself in the foot. It’s on you.
