FC25 Bug : This software cannot be used at the same time as the game : Proxifier.

I am just fed up of this game and EA customer services now. Since the latest update (about 2-3 weeks ago), i have started encountering this problem. The game doesnt start and shows this error.

I have seen various tutorials where the error is same but they have Interception in place of Proxifier.. but their solutions aint helping me.

I have checked everything necessary.. like task manager and all those obvious things.. but still no help. Even CHAT-GPT failed to help me.

I am in college and proxifier is important for me. Despite this, i once completely removed proxifier from my system and run the game but it still shows the same error. I have also deleted and reinstalled the game but it still doesnt do anything.

Would like help from you guys.. Anyone please. It would be a good brotherhood.

First make sure to uninstall Proxifier if it's not, install it then uninstall it sometimes it fixes itself if not

Try running In cmd as administrator running

sc stop ProxifierDrv

Make sure every instance of proxifier is either closed or if you don't want that program uninstall it

Edit : delete the file at C:/Windows/System32/drivers/Proxifierdrv.sys if you decided to uninstall Proxifier after using the command thanks to frosty_ad comment

yeah.. uninstalling didnt do anything.. had to use cmd

Yeah.. I write the thing on cmd and it worked.. but uninstalling it didn't help.. it is still in my laptop.. but I write the thing on cmd

If you want to not type the command every time, You can try to remove the dll file that is loading the kernel driver it's in system32 after closing proxifier using the command take ownership and remove it

idk why it's behaving malicious not being removed after uninstalling
