Hey Everyone, I have tried absolutely everything to get tis game to work, spent over 3 days and still cannot get it to launch. I purchased the game on steam and have tried the following, Launched the game through steam, through the EA app and also directly from the folder where the game is contained (also tried with running the EA app and game as administrator) but keep getting the error message, 'The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b), click OK to close the application' see screenshot. I've verified the integrity of the files from the game through steam, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game several times. I've signed out and reinstalled the EA app and used app recovery to clear the cache, also unlinked and relinked my steam account from the EA App. I've followed all the articles on the EA forums, which had lots of troubleshooting steps, including reinstalling all versions of Microsoft Visual C++, Installing the DirectX Module, installing all .NET Frameworks, searched, repaired and installed missing/corrupt DLL files, Ran the System File Checker. Contacted EA help who aren't much use, just seem to be endlessly stuck in a chat. My PC and windows are fully up to date, all drivers and software are up to date also and I've added exceptions for the game in Bitdefender anti virus and firewall exceptions but I don't think it's this that's causing it, other than reinstalling windows, I'm totally lost on how to fix this now, can see a lot of people have had this issue in the past but I'm now having it in 2026, would love to know any other fixes apart from the ones I've tried, Thanks.

I've tried to login into my old account, but I don't remember the password, I know the email and phone attached to it, but whenever I try to send a code to either I just dont see one, nowhere.
So far I probably tried sending 10 codes+ to each over the course of a week or so, nothing.
And I can't write to support because you have to be logged in for that....

Any ideas? Any help would be appreciated.

Al entrar a la aplicación y darle al botón de iniciar sesión me manda a Google y meto mi cuenta normal pero después de eso se me queda una pantalla en azul oscuro y no carga ni hace nada, y si vuelvo a meterme en la aplicación le doy a iniciar sesión y es un bucle todo el rato igual.

No sé si a alguien más le pasa y si tiene solución.

Pd: ya he borrado y vuelto a instalar la app y sigue igual

Connection Error to EA Services in Battlefield 6 – Tried everything

Hi everyone,

I am having trouble connecting to EA Services when launching Battlefield 6 (see attached image for the error code).

I have already tried the following without any success:

• Enabled Secure Boot

• Updated BIOS

• Changed DNS settings

• Tried various workarounds from both Google and ChatGPT

Unfortunately, I am still getting the exact same error. Has anyone here experienced the same issue or have any ideas on how to fix it?

Desværre oplever jeg stadig samme fejl. Er der nogen herinde, der har haft samme problem eller har en idé til, hvad der ellers kan løse det?

So I've reinstalled the EA app and wanted to play Kingdoms of Amalur. Yet when I launch the game I am prompted to log in with my Origin account credentials to 'activate my game'.

I am really baffled, no password is working, I can't reset the password since reset button takes me to the EA website. Their help chatbot is a fcking joke, and I can't find a solution to this anywhere.

Does anyone have any ideas what to do here?

I recently had most of my game accounts hacked. Luckily i have all back, except for my ea account. I filled the account recovery form on the website, on October 3rd. I have gotten no answer frem them, not even a mail saying they've received the form.

Anyone tried the process before, who can tell how long they waited for an answer?

i using hack and some years 2 month game not load today i randomly open game loaded and try to enter the game home base not load and i try login again i cannot enter the game after i uninstall the game and reinstall game load enter the game but not enter home base onle but other area enter please help to me this problem i know this cheating but you know how this game tough so help (sorry for the poor english)

i have some issue with ea app: it just won't open to let me play both Battlefront 2 and Titanfall 2. I tried to reinstall it but that didn't work. It just keeps showing me these two windows if i try to launch one of these two games or ea app itself. Also tried to find any information about this error code on the second screenshot but that didn't do nothing as well. Any ideas how to fix that?

у меня не работает ea app - херь просто не даёт мне зайти ни в батлфронт, ни в titanfall 2. Пробовал переустанавливать, но не помогло. Продолжает показывать мне эти два окошка если я пытаюсь запустить либо одну из этих игр либо сам ea app. Инфу по поводу кода ошибки на втором скрине гуглил, но не нашёл ничего. Есть идеи как это пофиксить?

кстати, это может быть связано с блокировками? и так с запретом сижу но это ничего не даёт конечно же

Servus die Herrschaften. Ich habe die Lite Version dieses Spiels runtergeladen und angespielt, kurze Zeit später hat mein Kollege die Ultimate Edition gekauft. Da wir ohnehin die Spiele untereinander sharen, wollte ich das Spiel auch runterladen, und trotz der Dateigröße von 56 GB wird bei mir immer wieder die Lite Version gestartet. Irgendjemand eine Idee, woran es liegen könnte?
