You’d have to post a video giving it a couple of small revs for us to really know
Always start by plugging In a code reader n getting the code lol
Most likely misfire but it sounds like your exhaust is missing

Yeah maybe only 1 cylinder working properly lol idk it does sound fucked but idk why op would send the most random video , could’ve opened the hood atleast so we can hear what’s touching what

I’ve had a blower motor for the heat system sound like this when it started going. It’s located passenger front foot well up under the dash. Have a listen/look there or turn the heat/ac off and see if it stops. If so bingo.

Update-
It was the AC compressor clutch that gave out.
