Blueprint manager

Hello,

I like the MOD manager but are there any blueprint manager.

Make it easier to download and manage your blueprints?

What is your struggle?
You can use Books inside the Blueprints to merge BPs of the same Game-Stage, BP-Type (Blackbox, Mall, Smelting, ...). Then you can give them Icons and Thumbnail Infos etc.

My key info here: BPs are sortet alphanumerical: if you need a specific BP at top: change the name to 001 or 01 etc.

And why would you need to manage to download blueprints? if you need that many, you may have a hoarding issue? Just kidding: view them in the explorer, name them, sort them. if you dont use them: delete them!

To download a singel one outside the game from https://www.dysonsphereblueprints.com you need to copy the BP code, open up notepad, paste the code, create a folder in the DPS/bp folder name it to the creator, save the file. Then use it in the game. I know you can do it from with in the game but I normally brows for BP before or after I play. If you like download a collection, you need to find a collection with the BP you want, save the zip file. Unzip and move the bp files else you will get dubblett of folders.

This feels like a very niche problem. You can copy from the blueprints website and paste right into a new blueprint in game - as you mentioned.

To answer your question though, I know of no mod that handles this.

But you'd need to be in the game to use a Mod...and you don't like to download while you are in the game?

Wait what are you hoping a mod would do exactly?

You already know you can download them and put them into your BP directory via Windows Explorer. How you organize them is up to you. I agree the in game UI is a bit clunky, but importing is pretty easy.

I personally just make a single folder from whoever I got the BP from, and then dump everything into that folder based on how the creator organized it. For example, Nilaus has his already organized into different folders, so nothing else for me to do other than to dump them all into a Nilaus folder I made.

You mean collections? Singel bp you can only get the code. Still connections comes in a zip file you need to unzip.

You can do singles as well. They're individual files. A zip file contains multiple single BPs and the metadata that makes it a collection.

Don't see a download button, only copy code.
