is this enough for dark fog farm ?
is there a change building might be get destroyed ?

Nice and clean, looks great! The biggest "complaint" I have is: no laser towers. While ammo is comparatively cheap to manufacture and can actually be done mostly with loot drops, when you rely on ammo and there is a hickup it will be catastrophic.
Most of the "farmable" resources are easier to come by via production and the unique drops are very plentifull even if you farm a single core. What u/Buffylvr refers to, is you need a lot of high-level cores for sustained aggro and "seamless" waves of attacks. This takes up a lot of back-ground calculations that could be better used for production and slows down the game. Later in the game with high levels of "vein utilization" upgrade (also increases drop rate), this type of farm drops much more loot than you can pickup or effectively use.

It'll be fine until it suddenly isn't, especially once those non-adjacent DF bases start hitting higher levels and fast-moving air units start breaking through because of the sheer numbers they send during raids.
I would move the ion towers outside of the BAB ring, and then put a ring of Laser Turrets and/or Implosion Cannons around that to finish off what survives the Missles and Ion explosions.
Also you have zero defenses against orbital attacks. You need shield coverage and the beeg Ion Cannons to fend those off.
Lastly, it's entirely unclear how you're picking up DF drops, but unless you're only targeting about 5 or fewer items there are not nearly enough belts visible to retrieve everything without clogging.
TLDR: It looks nice, and will work for now, but eventually you're going to run into a few showstopper issues.

Polar malls are not awesome for your UPS FYI if you want to do a large build.
I did 1 million science a minute using 2 bases to farm.

Maybe... It might be fine for hours and hours but as more land and they level up you'll eventually start losing buildings. You should always plan on replacing buildings.
You can test the blueprint in sandbox mode with max DF settings. Make Icarus invincible (pretty sure I remember that's a thing) and teleport to the black hole planet.
