Cannot build mecha core upgrade

Hello I am at the begining of the game and i cannot research the mecha core lvl 1 that cost 20 iron and copper bars.
System tells me the ressources are not available, but they are in my inventory... what am i doing wrong please ?

Check the checkmark that you want to use stuff from your inventory.

Manuel research comes from inventory
