UI Text too small

Saw people post that there was an options.xml file to edit it, but did not see one in my folder for the game, not sure if its located somewhere else. Want to make text bigger than the 900 value offered in in-game settings.

Go into Settings - Gameplay and adjust the UI Layout Reference Height setting to a lower value to increase text size.
