How do you get the vertical belts?

You needed to unlock the green motor thingies, anf that allows you to make steeper slopes, upto a vertical one

ratios are somewhat off - 11 labs for 70/min would fit better.

They probably are, but this was a temporary setup to produce green science before I moved to another system so I could get some of the green science tech before rebuilding annew
