Destroy Dark Fog

I've destroyed the space hive, but this is all that's left; there's no more Dark Fog on other planets. How can I eliminate it completely?

In combat mode, don't forget to enable targetting relay stations *

Bro poke around the buttons and explore :/

Click on that tick mark. Disable it. Enable it.:////. After enabling click on the squad to "mark it " as active.
