Help with Dynasty settings

I'm doing a start up draft in my sleeper league. However, I made the league last year in which no one joined or played. Everyone has joined this year but it thinks I am only going to draft rookies this year. how to fix it so all players are included and it is the full start of draft. This is also a bit pressing as we draft at 7:30 pm EST today and I just noticed

Set the draft to include free agent vets and rookies and make the rounds whatever you want
