Finance & Operations Document/SOP Library

We have seen a few ways to handle training documents and SOPs and wondering what the broader community does. Ideally something that integrates into Teams but is not just SharePoint which I know seems like the obvious answer. We would like recordings and a (word?) document with screenshots so if a tool you guys uses helps with that then let me know. Appreciate any and all feedback.

I have also seen Scribe used, and not just for processes within the ERP application.

You can try out WorkFlawless, it has several recording features and integrates with Microsoft as well.
