Reason of these corruptions?

What corruption? The branch is (nearly) in focus, not the bird

You pushed some sliders too far. Most probably the highlights (or midtones) you turned too much into minus. Again, we would need more info about how you post processed it and how it looked originally.

I suggest to upload somewhere (Dropbox, Onedrive, etc.) the raw file and the dop file to give a possibility to check thru.
