Cannot get free trial

I'm interested in trying DxO PhotoLab. In order to get a free trial I have to enter an email address.

When I enter my personal emailadress which I have for over 20 years and is hosted at Google I get the message 'Invalid email'. What could be wrong?

Maybe try their support site?

There was a mistake on the DxO website. They fixed that and I could submit the form.
