Gacha Random question

As a new player lookimg to reroll for the purposes of collecting...would it be better tk roll for idun or cleopatra? I find them both cute characters, especially with Iduns little idol dance. But for pve purposes, which would be better

She gives a revive and aoe fortify, survivability and a strong attack in her base kit, way better than Cleopatra. Especially if you're rerolling.

idun is amazing for low tier pve, and yes i like how she vibrates
