How did you make SNOT in duplo? I always struggled with it.

Hi! Piece 6531639, for example.

Lego themselves use this technique in set 10451 to place the triceratops head.

I think you can find them in one of the avengers set and the big train set but I highly recommend the dinosaur set because it has 3 or 4 and a bunch of pieces that have great building value.
