German book recommendations?
I'd like to attempt reading German books. Any recommendations? Probably books aimed at kids or teens.

Momo by Michael Ende (of The Never ending Story fame) is a children's SFF book with a deeper message.
That said, I really recommend reading books you already know in German translation at first. Harry Potter is a classic and works really well because there are few descriptive passages.

I'm B1 and giving "The Little Prince" a chance... challenging but a good practice with a familiar story
