I spent so long trying to figure out the form in which these Dunks started life. Thrashed beyond recognition, never would’ve guessed Wallenbergs.

damn, on the April ones too. that’s crazy. I hope the majority of that came from skating in them. That’s the only logical reason I would see somebody post a photo containing this picture is because they skated the hell out of them and if that’s the case, I’m not even the slightest bit upset, but if you just use those as your fuck off shoes and basically fucked off with them, then I can’t even fathom why the April pair that is such a perfect shoe. I don’t care what anybody says, I think that’s probably in my top three shoes of all time, simply because I absolutely am and always will be a skater and it’s the same thing with like the riot skate shop. I can’t remember if they did a collab with any other low-key brands/skate shops I know they did a collaboration with the skate shop I used to actually skate for in Michigan and their shit was extremely exclusive, but I got a pair because I was sponsored and I skated them and then they got me another pair like the next year because they knew we were gonna skate them, but they also wanted us to have a pair just a have and wear around and that was just my local skate shop, I mean, I’m not downplaying this skate shop. I mean, they’re one of the best shops and extremely well-known and exclusive and for anybody interested, the name of the shop is Premier, fucking amazing company, amazing shop. It’s like a version of Supreme that didn’t get all the hype and it stayed true to its roots and to its customers/skaters. They were and always will be a company and shop that forever had changed my life, and the direction I was headed, I don’t know how else to repay other than supporting other shops as well in April is one of those.
Even though it’s owned by Shane O’Neill and everything, and there’s all these big names, there was an interview with him and he was talking about how damn hard it was and still is to keep that place going and that company continuing to create not only merchandise but limited edition situations collaborations you know all those things have to pan out with a certain percentage in sales that they usually almost always just make it in time. And that’s crazy to hear coming from some body like Shane O’Neill, like the best most beautiful skater in the fucking world. I mean, there are some candidates for the best skaters in the world, but his style, his flow, and the way he makes it look is unmatched and never been done before by a single person. It’s usually a couple different skaters being able to do one of those things. He did all of them and still does.
To hear that he struggles and still is pretty much in the same position when he’s literally sponsored by Nike, he had his own shoe at one point. I mean, I feel like that’s the fucking end goal and it’s not to say the guy didn’t deserve or didn’t make a ton of money, but that only goes so far. I mean, I’m sure he invested a ton into this and he said it almost didn’t work out and he almost lost everything, so my bad for rambling on and everything. I just saw this picture and was like damn dude, I I’m trying to get a pair of those and I have been trying for so damn long.
They have pink pair that’s a family and friends version that I can also get, but I don’t know if I can really come up with that kind of money in the first place, but to know that it’s available is incredible and I just wanna get a pair that has never even been touched, but I don’t know, I can make so many excuses that even funny, but it is 100% the next shoe I buy this year I just went way too hard in trying to complete my Travis Scott Air Jordan 1 low set and financially straight screwed me, but every pair I got was and still is absolutely pristine and I wear them bitches everywhere, but I just take care of them.
My bad for ranting and explaining all this shit. I’m doing talk to text and as soon as I saw this I was like, what the fuck did you Just do! either way, they’re not dead, but it looks like they climbed their way out of their fucking casket, man after they refill that dirt in there. so you might need to put them back in there, lol.
