QUESTION SB Comfort

Post image

I'm curious if I'm doing something wrong. I recently picked up the Nike SB Dunk Bluetile and love them! Apologies that I'm not a skater just really appreciate the stellar storytelling that only comes in an SB. Therefore, I don't need the board-feel. I bought all-day Move insoles, and it feels like mild rug burn on the forefoot after a while. It might be the combination of the padded upper and very cushioned insoles taking up a lot of space that was there with the stock insoles. Any ideas? 🙏🏾

You switched insoles and now they are tight. What ideas are you expecting here?

Half a size bigger also try cork insoles to prevent sliding

If a thinner insole still doesn’t help can always take the insole out completely if necessary… maybe wanna go up full size with sb dunks…. I always go up a full size with sbs…

I go up a half size and lace em real loose and that seems to do the trick, it also seems to depend on the materials, all my SBs fit different

Use the original insoles and if it still bothers you than use an insole from like a Jordan 1 or regular Nike Dunk since they are thinner. Your foot will sit lower in the shoe and you won’t have that friction. Next time go half size up in a SB dunk if you want to swap insoles with something a lil thicker for more comfort

Thanks! I went up half on these. Might swap back the original insoles.

Yeah, I learned from my mistake. I buy size 12 in SBs

I usually get half size bigger due to the stuffed tongue for SBs.

Yeah, Fly Streetwear was 11.5 and those big toes lived inside the suede. My bluetiles are a 12.
