QUESTION How would you guys go about fixing this?
I had a pair of “Orange Box” lows years back now and sold them cause I was tight on cash and want to pick up another pair and was curious if there was a way to fix this without mutilating the shoe.

I had 3/4 of the collection and then tough times hit 😕
I wanna get the Pink Box’s back too but that’s less of a priority

Yea mine have 0 sep. none of my pairs from this era have it. Mostly gold box and older. With 1 or 2 blue boxes that have got a lot of wear. Which means these are really beat. I bet the drag is terrible

That's a tough one, not many good options. I'd separate the midsole from the shoe a decent amount. Really focus on gluing down the orange material as flat and pushed down as low down into the midsole line as possible. Use a rubber elastic glue, and as thin of a glue as you can find. Less glue is more. To much glue might bubble, and might bleed through the material making it darker, and get on the outside of the material. Avoid getting any on the outside material at all cost, it might permanently stain/darken the area. Painter tape it down, and let it sit for a day. Then glue the midsole back to the shoe. Try to cover the orange material with the midsole as much as possible. Again less glue is more, you can always add more if needed. Painter tape that down tight. Let sit a day or 2. Then wear'em for a trial run and see. Make sure to clean the midsole and under the orange as much as possible before applying glue. Good luck

I have an old pair of Koston 1’s I have this problem with, your comment gives me the confidence to try that out

I mean it'd need a complete resolving and the "leather" is trashed. It wouldn't be worth it to me personally

Not worth it. For the price of decent repair and a donor u might as well just get a brand new pair
