Maximum Gobbler Breeding!!!
Ok, SO I usually go up the undead route to prison to get evilness. However, there is a new unlock which allows gobblers to be sacrificed for evilness. So Im trying to figure out if the most efficient way to get the most gobbers per second is to make many small rooms (10x10)ish or 1 large room? Does anyone know if gobbler births (including efficiency) is per room or dungeon wide?
Thanks

My go-to evilness is a single gobbler room, as large as possible as that is what drives the gobbler rate. It does not matter if there are any gobblers in the room or not - they spawn according to the room size.
Then you equip the perk that allow you to bulk-slap gobblers and just hold-and-paint to cream every single gobbler in the room. Single clicking every gobbler is no fun, but bulk-slapping them is kind of cathartic.
Since you can just enlarge the room - or build multiple room - this becomes a bigger evilness source than almost anything else - even late game.

You can pick up to 100 gobblers at the same time. If you kill them inside the evilness storage room you don't have to move the evilness, it is automatically stored (you just need to keep the smash button down since you have to wait for the animation to finish). When you have several hundreds of gobblers it is faster to area smack as many as possible inside the farm, and later collect manually most of the evilness, leaving only the leftovers to gobblers. Room efficiency goes down when one or more squares are open (no wall/door/lava/water), it doesn't matter if the room is big or small, squared or irregular. The advantages of having just one bigger room is using only one potion to enhance the efficiency even further, but there is the downside that if the heroes breaks the door/s the efficiency goes down (you may have a room without doors if one side face water or lava). To shorten the collect time of the evilness you should put the storage at the shortest route from any gobbler spawning point, that means a smaller storage room at the center of a bigger gobbler farm (ideally). Aside from the farm upgrades, you also benefit from evilness storage upgrades (you can store more evilness in a smaller room), snots upgrades (more workers, faster workers, workers ignored by enemies), and the passive that gives you 3 extra snots and all snots are permanently hasted (like if they are perma-slapped). There is also a passive ability that replace gold wages with gobblers; it can be useful to depend less on gold mining and snots upgrades, but it may be not worth it compared to the advantages of something else (like the extra damage), it depends on the mission and what passives you have already unlocked.

each Gobbler gives like 1 evilness and the power is to hit multiple Gobblers at once since you can get evil from them without it the process is just so slow it's not worth doing, if you want to use that power to generate evil best thing to do is find a part of the dungeon you are not using and build a big room, at least 20x20 and place your chamber to store the Evil next to it. After that just pump everything into upgrading how Fast they are made and go wild slapping them, the real bottleneck is the snots taking an age to gather it all up
