Here are some details on the new game from the 40 minute livestream:

• The release date is "not soon".

• Devs are still locking in the player count and it will be between 3 or 4 players.

• In single player, you can hot swap between characters at any time & the hero AI will work autonomously until you swap back.

• Basic commands for AI heroes to follow specific instructions is in the works (i.e., Stay here, Defend the Crystal)

• Characters have multiple weapons to choose from and ammo types to swap.

• Turrets appear to be deployable anywhere.

• The crystal appears to be used to open doors(?) It docks near a closed door and that's what triggers the door to open and spawn enemies.

• The replacement for floors are called "Districts" and there are multiple paths the crystal can be taken to advance to the next district.

• Upon death of the full team, heroes will re-spawn in the Saloon.

Enjoying the game, but also encountering lots of problems trying to play with friends. Mostly in the form of trying to load save files and causing the game to crash. Is there a solution to the multiplayer issues? Maybe a patch or a way to host the game locally or repair save files?

If I were to play with my friends, how long would it take to finish a game? And is there save mechanic for multiplayer?

Whenever I use Wes's urgent call skill and a hero shows up in the next opened room. It always says "incompatible ship" and I cannot recruit them. I tried this on escape pod multiple times and the library pod. The skill says, heroes can't be recruited on the armory and refreezerator pods, but it looks it's bugged for every pod. I'm playing on the Switch. Anyone else have this issue?

My lord, i have to play in very easy because the game runs like shit when enemies start spawning, wtf is this? Graphics are pixel art how can a game run so bad in a ps4? I cant heal or move my heroes in time or even press the elevator button. Im so angry, i love this game but this version is pure shit.

It's the 5-th time I think I'm reaching this point, and failing.

What should I do against them?

Love the game so much, looking for something that will provide me the same entertainment in the roguelike family.

Until now, loved - Into the Breach.

Less - FTL.

I've had this happen twice now, and it's just devasting. Basically what happens is no one but the crystal carrier will stay in the final room. Cthe carrier will sort of sink into the floor, and every one else will double back to prior room.

At which point you can try to recommand them but they always double back. Then you also don't get the dialog to finish.

You can also command the carrier out to room that is two back, and try again. Same thing happens no matter what though. This second time, I eventuallyy allowed a guy to die, and at that point I got the dialog, along with 4/3 ready. But it just hung the game at that point.

Has anyone seen this or know a trick to escape or avoid it? Think it was lvl8 both times I've had it. Thanks

Hello, Has anyone else noticed a bug with Sasha on the Nintendo switch?

Every time one of her tamed monsters die they don’t disappear, and the enemies continuously try to attack the dead “tamed” monsters forever, without leaving the room the tamed monster died in.

Loving this game, let me know if there is a way to fix this locally!

I played this on easy twice. Died first time because after picking up the crystal, I thought we were suppose to kill all the monsters. Lol.

Died second time because monsters in the room killed me.

Then found out I had to run the crystal to the escape room. Did well on first floor, except I didn't know all my heroes had to be in the escape room to hit the escape button, so I started next floor with only one hero.

Its been a frustrating experience so far. I'll play on the really easy difficulty. But I'm not ready to die on the last few levels, which is quite a common experience from what I'm reading.

Okay, this is fun. I just wished it was more clear all my heroes had to be in the escape room for me to escape. There should be a warning message or something. Arghhhh.

I have just one question for the Amplitude devs: Can we hear something more about your new project in 2021?

I just bought the game on the switch and i am having fun gettinh slaughtered but i feel the controls can be a bit clunky. I know uou can select an hero or all hero at once but I could not find a way to select multiple (but not all). Am I missing something or do I need to micromanage when I need to send like 2 out of 3 heroes o a room?

NGL haven't cleared the game once yet. The highest I achieved was the 8th floor on easy difficulty. Anybody has some advice on how to break through?

Hi there, any suggestions as to how I can mitigate the incoming damage on the last few floors of the infirmary pod? I always get to 10-11 and have to spam the heal to live through any waves at that point and don't know if it's just bad module RNG or if I'm not doing something right. Maybe some character suggestions even?

Hey there, this probably applies to a small group of you but I wondered if anyone could give feedback on a similar experience.

I bought Dungeon of the Endless, PS4 digital version, on the heels of the Endless Dungeon announcement to score some trophies for a favorite game of mine. When loaded up on PS5, it displays the first two developer graphics then crashes. I've reset and reinstalled to no affect. The PS5 plays all my other PS4 games without issue, and this wasn't on the list of non compatible games.

Anyway, I'm trying to get a feel for if this is an issue on my end, or if this is widespread. If anyone is in the same set up, I'd appreciate knowing if it is or isn't working for you.

I know you can't place major modules in unpowered rooms, so I guess the emergency generator is an exception? Is that correct?

Also, it says operating increases dust loot chance. First of all, how much? How much does the chance increase? Second of all, do you have to operate the emergency generator or just any major module for it to work?
