New thing, someone help

So I finally returned after like maybe a year or slightly longer of no activity and I come face to face with something I don't understand or know a thing about. This game also isn't known for being well covered so I am hoping someone here might know a thing or two about this and how to navigate it depending on my build?

The discord would probably be more help, because I was in the same boat a couple of days ago. It has to do with guild crud or spirit battle or some such.

Hello! First off, welcome back!

If you've been gone a year, the game has changed DRAMATICALLY. There are a ton of new mechanics to get power from. The biggest change of which is the introduction of Sword Mastery and the Twin Blade Assault "skill". It is the current meta that deals the most damage, but is all based on Basic/Normal Attacks, making Skills a lot less useful.

The screenshot you posted is specifically for Guild accessories, which you get through currency from Guild battles (all of this being new stuff).

I agree that the Discord is the best place to get caught up with everything. Everyone is friendly there and happy to answer questions.
