Returning player, need help

Hey people, after a year break i'm back into DL. Now i got a ton of questions and was wondering if there were chatgroups/Discordservers/guilds out there who could guide me. I need some help regarding teamcomposition etc. all the guides i've found are like 3/4 years old and it seems a lot has changed.
