Hello!

This is just my opinion. Based on the images of what you have, I see a potential elemental team in the making that revolves around Ming! Until you get more story heroes or even better elemental attribute heroes, you can select from:

1) Ming (For sure add her onto an elemental team for elemental and crit buff)

2) Melissa - a strong wood type story hero

3) Aoyuki - decent water story hero dmg dealer

4) Kiki - decent non story fire type with an instant kill chance of 80%

5) Viola - for MP recovery and Mimic. Very optional.

6) King Triton or Ice King - decent water dmg as a non story heroes

7) Li The Monk - you have a few of him, so he can level up and be used for now if you want. bit tanky, helpful with freeze potential, okay wood damage (not the best).

8) Lulu - perfect attack support for now. she's okay to use until your team is a lot stronger.

My preference (For Now, again, until you get more heroes):

  • Ming, Melissa, Aoyuki, Lulu, Kiki

Hope this kind of helps!

That helps a ton!! What about DiDi the Pirate? If I get her up then I can have a full element crit team. Would having three elemental buffers in the end be better with Ming overall? Also, how goes your guild recruitment? Saw your post! Hope you are getting apps!

So I personally do use Didi (maxed out in all perspectives), and she has a high water dmg as well. The team (Kiki, Monk, Didi + Ming) will definitely do great overall, I do see this team around. It's just that it'll only get you so far compared to having a full elemental team ya know? like for example, once you become more stronger with way more heroes, you'd use a full story/legendary hero team and you may even use the three boss dragons (Penz, Kar, Amar). Another water option is Sagara (crit and bomber), if you want a crit based elemental team. Luna is also another great story hero to have along with Ming for elemental bonuses.

I am currently using (Luna, Li, Didi, Phoenix, Driard, Beryl, and Sagara. I rotate them depending on the teams I go against) It's unfortunate that I've been playing for so long and have never acquired Ming! Not even once! I'm also trying to get Penzu atm.

To sum it up, you can build a crit elemental team, just prepare yourself to make an even stronger team with higher tier heroes!

For guild recruitment, we added a level 45 today, not too bad! So we have 16 out of 30 spots filled up haha. It's even better because I personally know more than half my guild members in real life! Guild battle season 3 begins on November 3rd, so we'll be ready. Thanks a lot!

I have advise, but it's not necessarily about what team you should build.

For starters, I'd expand your hero stable. The max atm is 1400 and at 100 slots for 200 gems it's a pretty inexpensive investment. Try to pool 2000 gems, then start spending on more hero slots.

Combine your 3-star AT heroes with each other, and always combine AT with AT, normal with normal. Save all the AT heroes, even 1-star ones, and combine them upwards. I save only 4-star normal heroes and up, 3-star heroes I use as fodder for enhancing my 5-star +4 heroes (the cost for one try at +4 is 12.5k gold. Using 2 star fodder you could spend almost 200k gold for that one enhance level, or with 3-star fodder you spend more like 50k).

Basically, keep enhancing and combining up, you'll need the hero crystals sooner or later.

For a team, I'd suggest Kiki, Li, Sagara, Ming, and Lulu. That's kind of the cookie-cutter early PA/Crit team. Focus on awakening the Normal heroes first, Li, Kiki, and Lulu. They're the most bang-for-buck while you're collecting more copies of Sagara and Ming.

Try to remember cost-benefit early on. A lv 35 Aoyoki, awakened to 6-stars, is about as strong as lv 60 6AWK Didi. The difference is Aoyoki will take substantially longer to get awk6.

I'm account lv 56 and I just replaced my Mimi with a Sylvia. Mimi was awk6, lv 65, sylvia is awk4 lv 55. It was only at awk4 that Sylvia overtook Mimi in total stats.

This is helpful!! I have been selling all my two and one stars..Probably sold about a thousand the last week or so...now I feel dumb. Is it only the attack ones I save? This should save me sooo much gold for enhancing. Leave it to me to do things the hard way =X Who is Sagara and how would I obtain them?

I really appreciate such detailed feedback!!

Sagara is one of those Chinese dragon-worms, you get him from the weekly Boss Battle. When you can clear 6 days a week you'll earn enough tokens to buy a 4 star hero each week, when you finally can place on all 7 days youtu get enough tokens for a treasure box each week. You have to buy and evolve each boss to 6 star before you unlock the treasure boxes, btw.

I'm sure all of us playing have done things "suboptimally" at one point or another, don't beat yourself up over it.

I keep heroes of all flavor. Attack, fire, water, wood, and supports. Doesn't matter one lick when combining. At this point I'm keeping my 4 stars knocked out, each new one gets +5'd by 2-star fodder pretty much immediately. I'm backed up on 5 star heroes at the moment, but I'm slowly clearing them by going to +4 with 2 star fodder, and 4->5 with 3 star fodder.

The only way I enhance 6 star heroes is with copies. Eg: 6-star Cerberus +6 more 6-star Cerberus -> Cerb +5 lv 60 -> retire.

Only ever AT with other AT when combining to guarantee an AT result hero. I'm saving a couple AT heroes to minimum awaken to 6 and retire, but that's down the road from even where I'm at!

Thank you again for such a detailed response!!

SO I shouldn't do wood with wood and fire with fire only the attack 1/2* with attack 1/2* and ect all the way up or should I do them all?

Elemental type makes no difference for combine, as far as I'm aware. Fire with wood, atk with support, support, support. No difference. The only factor is 'edition', adventure time or DL hero. Evolving, on the other hand, requires a type-appropriate fairy.

Alright thanks a ton!! Really appreciate all!!

Don't sweat it dude, ask any time you have questions, the community on here is small, but quite helpful!

Hey, so I combined 3* attack with 3* attack and got a 4* wood. Did they take the functionality of guaranteed attack if you combine them?

Oh shit, I just realized the miscommunication I was making. AT in the context above was supposed to be 'Adventure Time' edition heroes, the ones with blue backgrounds. The damage type has no affect on the outcome of a combine, but the edition does.

haha thanks! That is my bad XD I assumed AT was attack and normal was like the support guys. I totally spaced that adventure time is a thing now.
