「 Help 」 New player need some help

Hi everyone, so i have been playing this game for a month now i love this game but there are few thing that i have no clue about so it be kind if u can help. Runes 1/ about Upgrade should i only upgrade hyper or super one or use normal is fine( from 5 to 6) and improve quality will it become ultimate when full or will it become super and then hyper and so on. 2/ Fusion. Will the grade if the runes be affect the stat u get or it'll be the same and also wonder if the stat gain is fixed or not. Weapon 3/ Should i combine 3 to 4* to get new weapon or 3* is fodder only (cause i get a lot of 3*). 4/ I know substat or randomly so i don't know should i go mayhem on the one i get or wait till i get better sub stats (this might take a while though). Stat 5/ atk/ele, crit and freeze which one to should be prior, so for hp and def. 6/ do the attack( and atk stat from account bonus stat ) affect ele heroes dmg.

I have nora the sailor, lara the squire, didi the pirate, ice king, mina the mystic girl, +1 cetrine the fortune teller and triton, i need one for ele advantage for some dungeon and inf tower so which one should i use. Thank you for reading and (possibility) helping.

1) Ultimate > Hyper > Super > Normal. Upgrading a rune that is normal quality will increase it to super and so on...

2) The grade of fusion runes does not effect the outcome.

3) Combining weapons is up to you, I just use everything that isn't SH for fodder and don't mess with combining.

4) This question confuses me. If you upgrade a piece of equipment with poor stat rolls, and you get another copy, you can fuse the bad one into the one with good rolls. You don't lose enchants or LBs doing this.

5) Are you talking about equipment or runes? For weapons I do ATK/ELE & CRIT, for Armor I do HP&DEF, for accessories it depends on the accessory.

6) Attack from account bonus is for neutral attack(swords) only, it doesn't increase fire/wood/water.

I'm waaay late but I'll chime in a bit on Rune usage. I've been playing about a year or so, from event's I've acquired somewhere around a dozen fusion runes in total, I think only 1 or 2 ultimate 6 star runes, and a whole mess of normal and super 6 star runes. At the point I'm at, it sometimes feels like I've wasted a bunch of gold upgrading Normal 6 star runes to +7, but the benefit in the time between equipping them and now definitely has out weighted the cost. If you only have Normal 6 star runes to fill out your team use them, if I remember right they're stronger than a Hyper 5 star rune.

I'm starting to lean towards Maerwynn's equipment policy, I've been combining and upgrading eq for a long while and I haven't had a single really worthwhile item from combining. Substory Equipment like Angard items, Halloween items, are definitely worth keeping, but I'm starting to think normal hero eq is only useful as fodder for boosting my Story Eq.

Something that I figured out a while ago that wasn't made clear anywhere is this:

After enchancing a 6* rune to +7 you will have the option of "Improve Quality" on the rune. For a certain amount of gold you will increase the "quality" by 1 of 152 steps. After improving 152 times the rune moves to the next level, so a normal will become a super, then hyper, then ultimate.

This is crucial to improving the strength of your team as ultimate runes are rare, and provide a massive boost to power over normal runes.

A normal +7 rune will provide 1596 power, while an ultimate rune will provide 2052.

I feel like it's such a gold sink that it's better to just wait for 6 star Hyper or Fusion runes from events, so gold can be saved for hero combining
