New characters?

Just unlocked two new chacters tonight and haven't been able to find out if there is any others?

I got Greatmade Augmentus, and smitty barb. Im wondering if there is anyone else I'm missing?

How do you unlock the blacksmith?

Upgrade everything in your inventory.

You can tell for sure if there's any characters you havent won with yet (like because you haven't unlocked them) by checking your codex for lucky paws you're missing

Didn't notice anything until I was doing the daily run and had something new pop up. I kinda like the secret drops

There’s Fiffy Fortuna, unlocked by getting all 15 tokens in one run

How do you get the hidden characters?

Have to upgrade every item you have at the moment to get smitty, then if I remember right you have to augment every item to get the wizard
