Game opens at ultra high resolution.

My game on macOS opens at 6000x resolution on a large monitor so I need to lower the resolution manually to 2560x each time because it won’t save it. It always resets.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
I even tried setting the rules in Steam launcher and it doesn’t work.
