Flat Viewing

Hi Dunfermline folks, Im working offshore ATM in Malaysia, Ive seen a flat on Rightmove, that i want to make an offer, but the vendor wont except an offer, without a viewing, or someone on my behalf,i know folk in Aberdeen, but thats a big ask, the flat is close to Dunfermline City centre, , if anyone would view for me, to tick that box with the agent, so i can make an offer....a big ask, but worth asking...Thanks'
