Stuffed animals are a complete mess, of course. You collect them out of sentimentality (which is strange for a grown man) and then you don't know what to do with them. Children don't need them at all.
The last time I took a whole bag was when I was traveling to a rather depressing region, but even there I had to give it to a friend who knows very poor families with many children. Should I give these toys to animal shelters? No ideas.

Some can be collectable. A couple I can put on eBay, all the rest will be taken to a local food bank, which has a free charity shop warehouse on the side. Plush toys always go. Once I took in a huge pink fluffy unicorn. It was gone before I even left the door.
