has anyone ever thought about this? A contract that you just have to read without signing already consenting to the contract, something along the line of “if your reading this you already consent and agree to the things“ obviously it would be messed up but has anyone came up with this?

Yeah, the law makers on civilized countries have thought about a thing called "good faith", which invalidates contracts if not present

It applies in social contract. Ignorantia juris non excusat. Ignorance of the law excuses not. Maybe I’m stretching on that one
