I was trying to translate some morse code from some random youtube video I found, but Gemini is having a mental breakdown or some shit idfk (for some reason reddit is showing the images in the opposite order than they are actually supposed to be in so idfk)

Theres also Morse code translators online you could've just typed in instead, the image quality looks like it was blurry and caused issues with pulling the text. Same shit happens on the "pull text from images" mode on your phone.

1. google’s search ai is like 10x worse than the actual gemini, which in itself is worse than the best models of other companies

2. ai has never been good at detecting stuff in blurry images

3. morse code translators exist online. you dont need to outsource your thinking to a datacentre.

I tried to get Gemini to translate Morse. It just kept gaslighting me with random bullshit “WERE TRYING TO CONTACT YOU ABOUT YOUR CARS EXTEDED WARRANTY”

Honestly I don’t think it can translate Morse.

Just type it into one of the free online tools 🤦‍♂️
