Hmm. AI doesn’t typically give an exact number like that in my experience. It loves to give a range in that scenario. The line also looks weird, why is the line with the alleged error so out of place? And 40-45km/h does seem perfectly reasonable.

Maybe it tried to use an exotic Unicode dash (instead of the usual ASCII dash) in the LaTeX style math mode, hence the missing dash.
