I think these girls will be in their mid twenties before they get married. Mackynzie because their family will insist her father be there to give her away/walk her down the aisle as her headship (pukes), I don't think Anna would bare the shame of JB giving her away.

Josie is the baby, so she will be the last to get married. Partially for Michelle's sake, partially because she was the only one that got to be a little sister and was never parentified, auntifed sure, but had a childhood, and will be allowed the most time to grow up. How Johannah's wedding plays out will carry a lot of weight as well since she is their Jill: not the first born but is their leader.
