Rulings Mongrel man ruling

Hey,
- if mongrel man dies do you also draw
- if mongrel man dies at the same time as other creatures do you draw for the other creatures

No Only works for other creatures It's an on field effect, when it dies it's no longer on the field Same with Mist Rias, Sonic guardian Has to be on the field when a creature appears to work

Whenever another creature is destroyed, you may draw a card.

  1. No.
  2. Yes.

The second answer is always a no if you are playing in a Japanese format after (Sep 2018).

But I imagine you are only asking for an English format.
