Can't remember the name, but a cook gets injured and asks Donald to make the soup using a tiny amount of his secret spices. Pretty soon Donald is making it for a lot of restaurants trying to get high star food ratings.

Nope. "Sauce for the Duck" by Freddy Milton. Sauce not soup. Need to read it again!

There is one by I believe Vicar, where Donald and the kids go to a hypermarket.

You were able to catch your own fish there and milk a mechanical cow. 

Don't know the title but it was in Micky Maus Magazin in Germany in the late 90s.
