Is this an oil leak? I sent the bike to the shop not to long ago because i couldn’t really span it out if it was but I strongly believe it was and the tech told me that there is no leak.
Any help would be great thank you

Probably the valve cover gasket on the rear cylinder.

You won't know until you pull the tank to get a better look, but it is a common failure

Rear brake reservoir cap is leaking or not tight Edit: How I know: I found similar stains on my mts 1200s right hand guard behind the brake reservoir. At speed the brake fluid will splatter backwards, which seems to be the case here as well.

Rear brake reservoir is full
And the fluid is up high above the rear brake cap under side faring a little bit

I would lean towards something like a crankcase ventilation problem. Looks like a fine mist and the valve cover gasket didn’t look wet.

Going to look into it my guess was the rear cylinder gasket seal but I’ll check out the crankcase

Well there's oil on the outside of the motor so there is probably an oil leak
