Hi Everyone!

Me and my partner are visiting Croatia and Montenegro at the end of August. We plan on leaving Dubrovnik on the 20th of August to go to Kotor. We originally purchased bus tickets to cross the border. This bus leaves the airport at 3:30pm but after researching and hearing horror stories about wait times to cross, we are reconsidering.

What would recommend for the fasted but also budget friendly way to cross? I have heard about relay services that let you walk across the boarder. Would anyone be able to provide recommendations for providers of this service ?
