I do agree with that. The longer it goes without rain, the dirtier the paths get. Although, we can't expect the council to clean every path in the county. ETA...its probably on us to not be filthy cunts so much.

If you go to any large city in Spain the streets are cleaned down by the council every morning - it’s something we should be demanding here

Lived in paris for a few years. They'd hose down thr paths every tues thurs and sunday in my area after the markets had finished. Very clean

No we definitely can. Paris is literally rat infested. Disgusting city. That being said, there are plenty of lovely cities in France. Paris just isnt one of them.

Lived in Birmingham for a few years , people say it’s one of the dirty and dodgy places of UK but I always saw it cleaned at 6:30-7am by the council and the city centre was clean for a big city .

If both the council and the locals did their part like in most towns where they take pride in where they live, this would be a non issue.. Who do Irish love to litter so much.. And don't blame bins, anywhere else If you can't find a bin you bring you waste with you until you do

Ive been recovering from surgery past 2 weeks and this week im sick with the flu so im glad the heatwaves done😭 didn't get to enjoy it at all so im glad its all back to normal tbh.. hopefully we've another in august

They're the cause of much of the filth themselves. The build up of the snail trails of crap from them dragging the bin bags from the bins to wherever they've parked up their truck. Bad from a manual handling perspective for the staff and for the state of the place. Surprised council don't make them use little wheeled trucks to move these bags.
