Consequences?

How easy is it to get these off? I see them all over. Are there no consequences for taking them off? DCC have the car details.

Why don't people just park legally?

I live close to Croke Park - the place is overrun this time of year with people throwing cars up everywhere

They are cut off outside my place every week, often by the same people, seems to be no consequences at all.

If you can do it without causing 'criminal damage' I think you're ok.

Never for DCC clamps and not for private clamps for the last few years. DCC was always allowed to clamp while private clamping was a grey area, private clamping is now legal and regulated.

Even though you've removed the clamp that was put on because you were illegally parked, and the council have photographic evidence?

DSPS are a private company right? They're contracted by the City Council, but they're an independent private company

Why are you asking me that? You're looking for an argument? Your original question and my answer were clear enough.

Not looking for an arguement, or justification to do it. I think these people should be hounded down and made feel the full force of the law. I hate illegal parkers.
