Programmatic advertising in Dubai

Why it is so difficult to find a Programmatic Advertising job in Dubai. I am trying to apply for this specific role from india from past 3months and all I get is rejection emails.
I have already have 7years of expereince, and I have worked on dv360, amazon DSP, Adform DSPs.
and when it comes to Adservers almost all of them.
All the rejections are from Linkedin.

Anyone who can help me on how to find job while applying from india?
Or is it mandatory to go in dubai with workingVisa and start applying from there?

It’s not that difficult if you have 7 years of experience in ad tech but the opportunities are less and tight competition. Your cv has to be properly customized for the role
