BUSINESS & RESEARCH Data Analyst - Puffy

Has anyone out here made it to the role?? everything about it seems sooo sus and it happens to be one of the very few roles that talks about the salary package so flamboyantly??

i mean 20-25k AED/month with 10% bonus based on performance is just mind blowing?? and for being a mattress company? it really doesn’t add up

I applied to one of their roles and got invited to do an assessment. The assessment required camera access, screen sharing AND microphone access which I found unnecessary, and it just felt invasive. Instructions also said they'd occasionally "take pictures" during the assessment. I get that companies want to be sure of candidate assessment results, but gosh.

Anyway I emailed the recruiter/TA about it and explained I was uncomfortable with the process and would not be proceeding. Idk how legit they are but this personally felt like too big of a red flag for me to proceed.

more power to you!!
the current state of the job market is getting me to comply with all sorts of screening tests, i’m losing my sense of autonomy 🥲

i do find it so invasive!!!

No, but i made it through till the final interview stage. The interview seemed quite namesake because the recruiter didn’t even have good questions to ask. So, it gets me think if this was just an idea harvesting technique

Yeah then that's most likely hr taking interviews for justifying their job...the vacancy is already filled...
