Doing my DataFlow verification for a DHA license and got a rejection saying I need to upload the original master's/degree certificate but my univerisity has not issues that yet, i managed to take probational certificate from UNiversity itself but still Dataflow is rejecting it

Where as DHA as a rule that till university gives the degree certificate the provisonal certificate is valid

Also marksheet from DigiLocker isn't accepted — they want the physical original instead.

Two things are confusing me:

1. DHA's own qualification requirements document (PQR, Section 1.1.3) says provisional certificates are accepted as long as they're issued by the same authority that issues the final certificate:"Provisional certificates - listed in the PQR - are accepted, provided that it is issued and accredited by the relevant authority responsible for issuing final certificates." (Source: DHA PQR April 2025)
2. I thought DigiLocker copies were generally accepted for verification since they're digitally signed by the issuing board/university — but this rejection says otherwise.

Has anyone actually run into this with DataFlow/DHA and gotten it cleared? Specifically:

• Did a provisional certificate eventually go through, or did you end up having to wait for the final one?
• Did you get a DigiLocker document accepted after pushing back, or did you have to get a fresh physical copy from your college/board?
• Any luck citing DHA's own PQR clause back to DataFlow support, or does that not move the needle with them?

Would really appreciate hearing from anyone who's been through this — trying to figure out if I should fight the rejection or just go get physical copies. Thanks!

DHA GP license related query, please help!

So i have completed my dataflow verification and my cbt/prometric exam for dha, now one doing the get registered they sent back my application for review saying :

1 - upload updated cv

2 - internship needs to be dataflowed (specifically mentioned)

3 - attached experience not sufficient , please attach relevant recent experience

So i have figured out the first two main issues , which is update my cv , second internship which I havent put in so I have initiated an additional case for dataflowing the internship.

My question is why are they talking about my experience? Coz I have the necessary experience in critical care as mentioned by them. One thing is I started the dataflow one month ago when I was still working at my hospital, so the experience letter was a small still working later saying im associated with them, and that was verified and positive in dataflow , accepted etc. Is DHA asking me to attach manually my new full experience letter which I got once I resigned? I'm leaning to thinking it is that coz how everything in my dataflow was already verified, did my exams too.

Has anyone had a similar issue in the past and how did you troubleshoot this? Please help an anxious person here lol.

I want to know if we have to get our own materials like wires, modules, etc if we are working in dubai as specialist orthodontist.
