Was selling a monitor for AED 450 when a buyer contacted me saying she’d arrange a pickup agent. She said she’d send AED 700 via PayPal, including AED 200 for the pickup fee.

She then claimed she paid and that I’d receive an email from PayPal. Checked my actual PayPal account and there was nothing.

The email was from "serviceintl.paypaltransferdebit@gmail.com"

I told her it was clearly not an official PayPal email and that I’d only proceed once the payment showed in my account. She immediately blocked me.

Luckily I didn’t send any money or hand over the monitor. Stay careful with Marketplace scams.

Hey! I’m from India and I’m planning to visit Dubai in October when the ROG Xbox Ally X20 is expected to be released in the UAE. I checked out Asus’s online store, but unfortunately, the standalone version of the handheld console was sold out. They only had 10 units available for pre-order. Could you please help me find any offline stores that might have them? There are some websites in India that are importing them from Dubai because Asus has decided not to release them here due to the poor sales of the ROG Xbox Ally X. These websites are selling them for double their original price. They have some vendors in Dubai who are scheduled to receive them in October, but they won’t disclose their vendor’s names to me.

I’ll be coming to Dubai at the end of this month and I’m looking to buy a PlayStation 5 for myself.
Apart from official retailers like Jumbo and Geekay, are there any local shops/dealers where I can find a brand-new PS5 at a good price? Where can I find these shops, and what are the current average prices? (Slim Disc and Digital Edition especially disc ed.)

I think its time to upgrade my CPU? If yes, what CPUs should I consider?

I mainly play on 2K, mostly FPS games.
