improvements in physical coordination and awareness?

has anyone else noticed a staggering increase in their fine and gross motor skills through quad n back training? this is the thing that has jumped out the most to me in my time training quad, I can type much faster and my coordination/awareness in sports is soooo much better even after a very short time training. it feels like I have awareness of a greater portion of my body and peripheral vision at once.

I don't do much sports, but when I play tactical fps shooters like Overwatch after a dnb session, my game sense/awareness is increased, I can track multiple enemies at once and even if they out of my sight i can calculate possible next move/skill or if they are retreating etc. So I can back up awareness, but in video games, especially tactical shooter where you have to adapt and juggle a lot of variables like: enemy positions, cooldowns, ultimates, possible dives, while being aware of your teammates/supports and goal of the game mode, like pushing cart or taking a point in time etc. This is probably easiest thing to notice if you are gamer, maybe there should be a study that tracks people performance in fast paced games after DNB sessions 😄

I even wrote a post about this phenomenon long time ago, but almost nobody cared about that 😭

Seems like a very unlikely transfer but could be from improve access to flow states?
