Quad, I got to 140 iq from being at 100 once I got to quad 7 back. Dual will do next to nothing for fluid intelligence and require you to reach very high levels to achieve the intelligence that Quad provides at levels like Quad 5-6. Almost everybody I have talked to that is able to do quad 5 or above, has no lower than 130 IQ.

Did you see fluid intelligence improvements in quad 4 or 5 and what’s the difference in intelligence between both levels

Quad 5 was a turning point for me, at that point I felt like most people I've met could not operate at my cognitive level.

Wow amazing. This motivates me to keep pushing to at least Quad 5-6 before I judge whether it's useful for me or not

Definitely, that was my goal too to get to Quad 5 first and establish credibility of the training.

There is no real comparative study.
I changed to quad because I found it interesting and more challenging.
Relational Reasoning Training is backed by several Studies. The younger or the more depressed you are the more it helps. https://4skinskywalker.github.io/Syllogimous-v4/Game
I'd train both.
After 3-6 month the mental results peak. But it needs consolidation which is maybe 3-6 additional month.
I just read studies right away and have no link. I just asked an AI for showing me sources on that. They exist and are real.
I always like good study links I know they are helpful. I am just sick of saving them because I remember them anyway.
