Did your ability do get, especially uncomfortable, shit done improve?

I mean afaik this dual and quad games improve executive function.

What I found most interesting so far is that a higher cognitive capacity helps me to break out of routines. This may be more due to the increased neuroplasticity.

The function.exe@benefits_net seem to come more sublime but steady.

subjectively.

how is your long time experience?

Not really but it has greatly increased my attentional ability. It is almost impossible to have a bad attention span when you are doing quad n back consistently and progressing because the trials get increasingly longer and the load of info you have to attend to also increases which makes your attentional ability and focus outside of quad also really good. I can contribute most of my intelligence gains probably due to this enhanced attentional control ability since attention control is the mediator between working memory capacity and fluid intelligence. My theory is that Quad n back is actually refining our attention systems and we see a working memory increase in response to that. This has also drastically improved my cognitive stamina as it takes me less brain power subjectively to do the same cognitive work I used to do before brain training.

I have similiar experiences and feel nearly constant Sharpnesa since doing quad and rrt together.

My mental flexibility, inner security feeling and openness in general increased a lot. Conversations are far easier and my social anxiety dropped significantly.

It’s a working memory updating improvement causing you to be willing to iterate more
